CALL TO ORDER President Mark Prosperi called the meeting to order at 8:50 p.m. Members Present: Mark Prosperi, President; Diana Hunter, Vice President/President Emerita; Karen Parrilli, Secretary; Susan Greer; Eugene Griffin; Jonathan H. Maks, M.D.; and Zelda Rich. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SEARCH President Prosperi distributed a list of possible questions suggested by June Garcia, executive director search consultant. Mr. Prosperi asked the Board members to read over and rank the questions in an A, B, or C order, which then will be submitted to Ms. Garcia as questions to be asked during the initial interviews with candidates. The Board unanimously agreed to this request. Also discussed was the interpretation of the rules for choosing Board officers. Election of officers for the next two years will be held immediately following the regularly scheduled Board meeting May 17, 2016. ADJOURNMENT At 9:04 p.m. a motion was made by Dr. Maks, seconded by Mrs. Hunter: MOTION: THAT THE SKOKIE PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES ADJOURN FROM CLOSED SESSION AND RETURN TO OPEN SESSION.
