CALL TO ORDER Mark Prosperi, President, called the meeting to order at 9:10 pm. Members present: Mark Prosperi, President; Eugene Griffin, Vice President; Karen Parrilli, Secretary; Mira Barbir; Jonathan H. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Dr. Maks nominated Mr. Prosperi for president, Ms. Parrilli seconded. Mrs. Parrilli nominated Mr. Griffin for vice president, Ms. Barbir seconded. Mr. Griffin nominated Mrs. Parrilli for secretary, Dr. Maks seconded. The new officers were elected by acclamation. ADJOURNMENT Mrs. Parrilli moved to adjourn; seconded by Ms. Barbir.
