REVIEW AND SELECTION OF CANDIDATES TO BE INTERVIEWED FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER After discussion and voting regarding qualifications received for Construction Manager, .the Board decided not to consider I.F.S. as their response does not fit Skokie Public Library's needs.
